Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Bowstrings and compound strings/cables (due to potential stretching or damage)
  • Glue-in points and point inserts (once installed)
  • Broadheads (opened packages)
  • Custom-made or personalized equipment

Returns Process

Follow these steps to return your archery equipment:

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our address (provided with your RAN) using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.
  6. Refund/Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:
