Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Bowstrings and compound strings/cables (due to potential stretching or damage)
- Glue-in points and point inserts (once installed)
- Broadheads (opened packages)
- Custom-made or personalized equipment
Returns Process

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.
- Refund/Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.

Refund Information
